  • Mr Eazi has revealed that he did not own a car during the initial years of his relationship with Temi Otedola, finally purchasing his first vehicle, a Range Rover in 2021.
  • The singer-turned-entrepreneur explained that he previously viewed cars as liabilities and noted that while he dreams of owning a $350,000 Rolls-Royce Cullinan, he cannot yet afford it.

Nigerian music mogul and entrepreneur, Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, has shared surprising details about his personal lifestyle and financial journey during the early years of his relationship with Temi Otedola.

Despite his global success in the music industry, the “Leg Over” singer revealed that he did not own a vehicle for a significant portion of their dating period.

According to the singer, his decision to remain carless was a matter of financial philosophy rather than a lack of funds.

He explained that he viewed vehicles as depreciating assets that did not align with his investment goals at the time. “I didn’t even have a car while dating Temi Otedola. I got my first car in 2021, a Range Rover, because I saw cars as liabilities,” he shared.

While he eventually gave in to luxury by purchasing a Range Rover, Mr Eazi admitted that his ultimate automotive goal remains just out of reach for now. Despite his successful business ventures, including his gaming and fintech interests, he remains grounded about his current financial limits regarding high-end luxury. “My dream car is the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, which is about $350,000… but I still can’t afford it yet,” he added.
