Incredable Launches AI-Enhanced Provider Onboarding Portal

Incredable’s new portal helps healthcare organizations onboard providers faster with AI-powered automation

Incredable, a subsidiary of Intiva Health, has announced the launch of its AI-enhanced Provider Portal, built to simplify and speed up provider onboarding. The platform replaces fragmented, manual processes with a centralized, provider-driven experience that improves efficiency while maintaining compliance.

Healthcare organizations continue to face delays in onboarding providers, often caused by incomplete submissions and constant back-and-forth. Incredable’s portal addresses these challenges with built-in AI that validates credentials and flags missing or inconsistent information, and guides providers through each step of the onboarding process.

Using AI-based document extraction, the platform can automatically review uploaded documents, extract key provider data, validate information against trusted external sources, and populate provider profiles with minimal manual effort. The system supports verification across sources including the NPI Registry, DEA, state medical license boards, SAM, OIG, HHS, LEIE, and other sanction and exclusion databases.

Providers can securely upload, manage, and track credentials in real time, while organizations gain visibility into progress through configurable workflows aligned to their operational and compliance requirements. The platform also supports credentialing workflows with automated license verification, expiration tracking, and continuous sanctions monitoring.

“Credentialing is fundamentally about trust, but the process hasn’t always reflected that,” said Alexander C. Candelario, Chairman and CEO of Intiva Health. “We built the Provider Portal to bring more transparency to the experience, so providers know where they stand, and organizations can move faster without sacrificing control or compliance.”

Designed for configurability, Incredable allows organizations to tailor workflows, requirements, and approval processes to their specific needs, whether for a single facility or across multiple locations. These capabilities have driven Incredable’s selection as the credentialing platform for Scouting America, reinforcing its strength in supporting complex, compliance-intensive environments. Reflecting on the impact of the platform, Dr. Bryan Wilson, Medical Director of the Summit Bechtel Reserve, previously shared, “Before integrating Incredable, our credentialing process faced inefficiencies and a lack of user-friendliness. Incredable has transformed this process by providing a fast, smooth, and organized solution that meets our needs.”

As healthcare systems navigate ongoing staffing challenges and growing regulatory demands, Incredable’s Provider Portal offers a more direct path to faster, more transparent onboarding.
