The partnership will see strong dividends paid to both participating companies, with FanDuel’s 17 million customers across the United States and Canada having insight into real-time insights and betting context during each race weekend, while Formula 1 will integrate the operator’s content, including its Betting Guide and editorial materials across its app and website.

Formula 1 Director of Commercial Partnerships Jonny Haworth hailed the opportunity to see FanDuel join the company as its latest Official Betting Operator, describing it as an opportunity to further strengthen fans’ engagement with the Formula 1 brand.

“As sports betting becomes an increasing component of how fans, especially in the US, interact with sport, we must have a strong and well-placed partner to deliver our strategy and fuel our momentum across the market. With tens of millions of fans across the country, FanDuel is yet another avenue that eligible fans can enjoy and experience the thrill of Formula 1,”  Haworth wrapped up.

FanDuel Welcomes the Opportunity to Strengthen the Fan Experience through Its Sportsbook

FanDuel Sportsbook Managing Director Karol Corcoran was similarly pleased to see this partnership take shape and for the operator to be named as an Official Betting Operator, offering more interactive experiences for fans.

“Formula 1 generates an incredible amount of real-time data, and our platform is built to turn that into engaging betting opportunities for fans. This partnership will allow us to deliver even more immersive, data-driven experiences throughout the race weekend,” he wrapped up.
