Super Falcons forward Asisat Oshoala has stirred an online debate among Arsenal supporters after throwing out a tough choice about the club’s ambitions this season, Soccernet.ng reports.

The Gunners edged past Portuguese side Sporting CP with a 1-0 aggregate result after a goalless draw in their Champions League quarter-final second leg on Wednesday night, to book a place in the semi-finals for a second consecutive season.

They are now set to face Atletico Madrid, who knocked out Barcelona in their own quarter-final clash on Tuesday, with Super Eagles forward Ademola Lookman scoring the decisive goal of the tie.

That result leaves the North London side fighting on two fronts, with the Premier League title also firmly within reach, as they currently sit six points clear of Manchester City with only a few games left to play.

With the season entering its final stretch, there is a growing sense that Mikel Arteta’s side may eventually have to decide where to focus their energy as the pressure builds in both competitions.

While Arsenal are still chasing their first-ever Champions League title, reaching back-to-back semifinals would have given them much confidence that this could finally be their year. If they get past Atletico Madrid, they will face either Paris Saint-Germain or Bayern Munich in the final.

At the same time, the Premier League remains a major target. Arsenal have not lifted the title in 22 years and this could be their best chance to end the wait and shake off the “bottler” tag after coming very close in recent years.

Oshoala has now added her voice to the conversation, taking to her X handle to ask fans if they would rather win the league or the Champions League?

Question for Arsenal fans ….would you rather lose the league and win the champions league or lose champions league and win the league ? #ARS

There has been mixed reactions after her post, with some fans dreaming of European glory, while others are desperate to see the club reclaim domestic dominance. Either way, Arsenal fans want to see their team win after coming very close in recent years.
