Iran US Israel War Live Updates: The US and Iran failed to reach an agreement on a peace deal after a marathon 21 hour long negotiation. In his statement post the meeting, JD Vance said, ‘The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement and We negotiated for several hours, and the US and Iran have not yet reached an agreement that is satisfactory for both sides.’

Iran US Israel War Live Updates:  After a protracted 21-hour negotiation, the US and Iran were unable to come to a peace agreement. “The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement, and we negotiated for several hours, and the US and Iran have not yet reached an agreement that is satisfactory for both sides,” JD Vance said in a statement following the meeting.

Donald Trump, in his latest statement on the matter, in his usual style, while speaking to the reporters, said that it makes “no difference to him” if the deal with Iran does not come through.

Iran doubled down on its stance and critically rebutted JD Vance. In a statement in X, Iran said, “You cannot secure through diplomacy what you failed to gain through military aggression.”

Iran said that the assertion of a ‘best and final offer’ that JD Vance raised in his press conference is inherently reciprocal; it cannot be a unilateral mandate or a weapon to be used by one side.
