AKA legacy lives on as premium clothing brand launches “Drop 001” globally

Music

The legacy of late rap icon AKA continues to make an impact beyond music, following the global launch of a premium clothing brand created in his honour.

The collection, which officially went live on 20 March 2026 at midnight, introduces “Drop 001”, the first in a series of limited-edition releases designed to reflect the signature style and cultural influence that defined the Supa Mega.

Inspired by AKA’s bold fashion sense and attention to detail, the brand aims to merge high-end design with personal storytelling, offering fans and fashion enthusiasts a chance to connect with his legacy through carefully crafted pieces.

Each item in the collection has been produced with a strong focus on quality, from fabric selection to finishing, aligning with the elevated image the rapper was known for.

“This project exists to honour AKA, his influence, his vision, and the connection he built with his fans. Every piece is intentional, and every drop is part of preserving and celebrating his legacy,” said Lynn Forbes.

The debut release sets the tone for what is expected to be an exclusive fashion line, with each drop produced in limited quantities to maintain rarity and collectability.
