Morgan Sindall and Robertson are among the contractors awarded a place on a new £513.6m framework from Regenda Ltd.

The housing provider set up the four-year framework with Rise Construction Framework to deliver works and consultancy services for public sector clients.

The framework, which runs to March 2030, is structured across 12 lots covering general construction, refurbishment, mechanical and electrical works, civil engineering, fire safety and a range of professional services.

Public sector bodies including NHS organisations, local authorities, housing providers and education clients can award work as call-offs under the framework.

Projects can be awarded directly or through competition under the Procurement Act 2023.

Morgan Sindall Construction and Infrastructure, Robertson Construction NW, Seddon Construction and Stepnell are among 38 contractors appointed to the general construction lot.

The refurbishment lot includes 35 firms, while 15 contractors secured places on the mechanical and electrical lot.

Civil engineering and highways work will be delivered by eight firms including Eric Wright Civil Engineering and McPhillips Wellington.

Consultancy lots include practices such as AHR Building Consultancy, Rider Levett Bucknall and Walker Sime across architecture, project management and cost consultancy services.

Regenda said the framework will operate as a closed arrangement, with reserve suppliers identified in case places become available.

Fees charged to suppliers will range between 0.5 per cent and 2 per cent.

The framework covers the North West, Yorkshire and the Humber, and North Wales, targeting sectors including healthcare, education and housing.

It is divided into value bands ranging from projects below £100,000 up to schemes above £15m. Individual call-off contracts will use bespoke terms and conditions set by each client.

The total value of the framework is £428m excluding VAT.
