Rumble and Tether Launch Crypto Wallet for Creators

The companies announced the launch of Rumble Wallet. It will be a non custodial crypto wallet built directly into the Rumble video platform. 

At launch, Rumble Wallet supports Bitcoin, Tether USDt, and Tether Gold. Users can now tip creators natively in crypto without leaving the platform. The wallet is built using Tether’s Wallet Development Kit, or WDK, and keeps full control of funds in the hands of users rather than a central company.

How Rumble Wallet Changes Creator Payments

Rumble Wallet removes the middlemen that have long dominated online monetization. Traditionally, creators rely on ad networks, payment processors, and banks, each taking a cut and often delaying payouts. With crypto, payments move directly from viewer to creator, often in minutes, across borders.

For Tether, Rumble Wallet is the first real world deployment of its WDK. The toolkit allows platforms to launch wallets without relying on centralized custodians. In simple terms, users hold their own keys, meaning they control their assets directly.

Chris Pavlovski, Rumble’s founder and CEO, framed the wallet as a natural extension of free expression. He said crypto and a decentralized internet share the same spirit of freedom, giving users and creators more power over how they engage and earn.

To make the experience accessible, MoonPay powers all crypto on and off ramps. Users can buy or sell crypto using familiar tools like credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. This lowers the barrier for newcomers who may be using crypto for the first time.
