25 High-Protein Recipes You Can Make in 25 Minutes or Less

Recipes

IS THIS YOU? It’s time to eat, you’re limited (okay, extremely limited) by what’s in your kitchen, and there’s maybe 30 minutes on the clock to whip up something marginally healthy that also tastes good.

If this is you, and cooking feels more like an episode of Chopped than it does an exercise in self care, we’ve got your back. Because while we’ve put together a bounty of healthy recipe collections in the past, we haven’t yet built one especially for the kind of cook you are. The 25 high-protein recipes that follow were built by Julissa Roberts, a former test kitchen manager for Men’s Health (so she knows what foods you love) and author of The New American Diner Cookbook (so she knows how to make great food fast).

We’re talking steak walking tacos in 15 minutes. “Lazy” lasagna in 22 minutes. Bison burgers—with zucchini fries—in a little over 10 minutes.

If all this sounds good to you, all you have to do next is download the PDF—and get cooking.
