What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

My dad, he was a big influence on the decision to make me play it at a young age and at first I wasn’t all in but as I kept playing I fell in love with it.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My second year in JUCO getting my first division one offer from all those years of me constantly grinding.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

To have kids one day say they want to play or be just like me and inspire kids anything is possible.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day, who and why?

Either Jalen Ramsey or Champ Bailey, their IQ of the game and just sitting down and talking ball would be a dream.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

Dad and my cousin, they are the reason I started playing and seeing my dad being the hardest working person ever.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

Man or a type of cover one to be able to line infront of the others team best guy and prove myself when I’m in a rhythm I’m one of the best.

What should we know about Jermaine Ray Jr the person?

I’m a chill guy but I’m one of the most outgoing people for the ones I care about the most and my work ethic is unmatched.

What stands out about your film the most?

That I never give up on a play regardless a catch or not I’m always in a man hip pocket with sticky coverage.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

Over the past couple months I’ve got extremely close with God praying constantly and letting things all workout.

What would a team get in a player like you?

The hardest working kid you know and would do anything that’s ask and will never quit

What do you love the most about the game of football?

Making my dad and mom proud to be honest to be blessed to have them in my corner with all we have been through is the reason I keep pushing.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Damien Jordan that played for Arkansas tech the reason I’m in this position the work we put in together made me who I am today and the technicians he made me.
