In an exclusive interview, NFL Draft Diamonds sits down with Chuck Stuller, the Executive Director of Player Personnel for the Dream Bowl, to discuss one of college football’s most underrated all-star events. Stuller plays a key role in leading the event’s national scouting efforts, overseeing the identification and selection of prospects with legitimate professional potential. The Dream Bowl is known for uncovering under-the-radar talent from every level of collegiate football — including FBS, FCS, Division II, Division III, and NAIA — and providing players with a platform to compete on a major stage.
