Comtrade Gaming secures platform agreement with 24Games to support operations in Chile

Entertainment

Leading gaming platform technology supplier Comtrade Gaming has announced a new partnership with up-and-coming Chilean online entertainment operator 24Games. The latter will operate on Comtrade Gaming’s iCore platform, which will allow it to scale effectively and provide a flawless player experience.

According to the company, the relationship represents a significant expansion for Comtrade Gaming in the Latin American market, as operators in the area are looking for dependable, long-term platform partners that can support the region’s rapid market growth and changing regulatory frameworks.

Steven Valentine, CEO at Comtrade Gaming, said:

We’re excited to welcome 24Games to our global network of operators.

Latin America continues to show strong momentum, and Chile represents an important market for scalable and dependable platform technology. iCore is built to support growth-focused operators like 24Games, and we look forward to a long and successful collaboration.

Walter Viterbo, Chief Marketing Officer at 24Games, added:

Partnering with Comtrade Gaming was a very conscious decision for us. We had previously worked with other platform technologies in Brazil, so we had a clear benchmark of what we needed to scale 24Games in Chile. Comtrade’s iCore is simply a level above in terms of stability, flexibility and the depth of tools it provides. Their platform amplifies exactly what defines our brand DNA: aggressive but intelligent acquisition, consistent retention and a smooth, reliable player experience from the first deposit to long-term loyalty.

Chile is now one of the most promising growth markets in Latin America, alongside Mexico, and Comtrade’s decision to enter the region at this stage shows a very sharp strategic vision. Competition is growing, but still not fully consolidated, which gives both of us room to build something meaningful.

We couldn’t be more satisfied with a partner so committed to the success of our operation. Together, our goal is to be in the top three operators in Chile by the end of 2026 and, over the following years, to establish 24Games as one of the most respected online gaming brands in Latin America.

24Games will gain from sophisticated operational tools, efficient player lifecycle management, and a strong backend built for excellent performance in regulated and high-volume markets by deploying Comtrade Gaming’s iCore platform, according to Comtrade.
