After falling as the No. 1-ranked team in the country on the road in Columbia last year, the Kansas Jayhawks are determined to get their revenge on their cross-state rival, the Missouri Tigers.

The Tigers boast one of the best offenses in the SEC, though they have not taken on much competition so far, with their best win coming against Minnesota.
  • Series history: Kansas holds a 176-96 lead in the all-time series, which extends all the way back to 1907. The Jayhawks have won nine of the past 11 meetings, though Missouri came out on top last year in an upset victory.

  • Bill Self, Kansas: Self is one of the greatest coaches the game has ever seen, and throughout his lengthy tenure at KU, has dominated the Tigers. He is 19-5 against Missouri all-time and will look to make it 20 wins over MU.
