Moment a woman rushed to claim her man when an aso-ebi girl asked him for money at a wedding.(WATCH)

An asoebi lady, while playing a game at a wedding, was asked to make a request from the man standing behind her, who turned out to be one of the groomsmen. Without holding back, she boldly asked him to pay for her makeup and gele.

The total cost was quickly calculated and announced, and just before the groomsman could respond, his wife immediately stepped in to redeem her man.

The playful moment drew laughter from the crowd, but it also sparked debate online. The master of the ceremony, who shared the clip, asked viewers if the wife was right or wrong for quickly coming in to defend her husband.

Some social media users praised the wife for protecting her man, others felt the bridesmaid shouldn’t have requested money.

@nikki_slender Games like this during wedding is okay. But there should be instructions. Married men or men that are engaged should not participate. It’s very simple. Also man wey get sense no go even participate in such. It’s called common sense
