Nigerian singer and songwriter, Jessie Barika Legbara, also known as Young Infinix, is set to release a new single titled “Bad Boy” on August 25, 2025.

The Afrobeats artist from Port Harcourt, describes “Bad Boy” as a song dedicated to his girlfriend, carrying themes of love, assurance and commitment. The lyrics reflect on moving past old relationships, stressing that he no longer rolls with exes.

The expression “one Kele,” which appears in the track, draws from Nigerian slang to emphasize the idea of focusing on just one relationship.

The release comes at a time when Afrobeat continues to dominate both local and international playlists, with voices from Port Harcourt contributing to the genre’s evolution.
