Kicking off this week’s executive moves, DB Investing, the
Dubai-based CFD broker, appointed Elena Kupriianova as its new Chief Marketing
Officer, strengthening its leadership team following the recent hire of Chief
Business Officer Ioan Mihalachi.

In the African market, Hantec Markets promoted Blessing Ishola to General Manager for its Nigerian operations. Ishola joined the CFD broker in 2018, progressing from Business Development Executive to Branch Manager at the Port Harcourt office.

Elsewhere, Polish retail broker XTB lost its head of
artificial intelligence, Tomasz Gawron, who left last month to join the
government-backed Łukasiewicz – Poznań Institute of Technology.
