Twisted Minds has departed Apex Legends esports following the ALGS Midseason Playoffs.

The Saudi Arabian esports organisation expanded into the battle royale title in June 2024.

On August 30th, 2025, Twisted Minds confirmed the North American trio of Mac Kenzie ‘Albralelie‘ Beckwith, Kyle ‘Crook‘ Hughes, and Alexander ‘Enemy‘ Rodriguez, along with coach Haris ‘Hodsic‘ Hodzic, would be departing the organisation, bringing a four-month stint to an end.

As a result of leaving Twisted Minds, the trio and coach will continue to compete under the Stallions banner, which the players competed under before moving to Twisted Minds for the Midseason Playoffs that formed part of the Esports World Cup.

“Today, we bid farewell to our Apex Legends roster. We are grateful for their efforts in representing Twisted Minds,” said the organisation on social media.

The departure follows a 22nd-place finish at the Midseason Playoffs, meaning the organisation missed out on Points that contribute to the multi-million dollar Club Championship. Twisted Minds finished this year’s Club Championship in fourth place, winning $2.25m (~£1.6m) in prize money.

Outside of the Midseason Playoffs, Twisted Minds showed signs of promise on the international stage at the ALGS Open 2025 event, scoring a top-six finish.

What Next For Stallions?

Running from August 31st to October 12th, 30 teams from North and South America are competing for a share of a $125,000 (~£92,271) prize pool and points that contribute to the Championship Standings.

Currently ranked 16th with 3,072 points, Stallions is among the top 24 teams that are determined through Championship Points distributed throughout the season.

The winner of Split 2 earns qualification for the season-ending ALGS 2026 Championship, taking place in Sapporo, Japan, in early 2026.
