The fourth day of the Marvel Rivals Ignite Mid Season Finals has concluded, with another series of action-packed matches leading up to the highly anticipated Grand Finals.

The Upper Bracket Finals saw ENVY come out on top against 100 Thieves. Meanwhile, EMEA Stage 1 teams Rad EU and Citadel Gaming (CTG), formerly Brr Brr Patapim, qualified for the Lower Bracket Semi-Finals.

ENVY Makes Decisive Statement

The first match began with a landslide win for ENVY, winning 2-0 on Celestial Husk. 100 Thieves fought back and clawed its way to evening the score with a 3-2 win on Arakko. However, ENVY proved to be the stronger roster this time around after ending the showdown 2-1 on Central Park.

ENVY becomes the first team to enter the Grand Finals, and now stands as the team to beat. Meanwhile, 100 Thieves has been knocked down to the Lower Bracket Finals, where it will hope for either a rematch or be sent home as third-place in the competition.

EMEA Teams Clash

The majority of the day was defined by the Lower Brackets, all fighting for a place in the bracket’s Finals following the results of day three.

CTG won 3-1 against Oceania’s champion, Ground Zero Gaming, while Rad EU defeated OUG with an overwhelming 3-0 win. As such, the losers have been eliminated from the competition, taking home $30,000 (~£22,300) in winnings each.

The day ended with a face-off between EMEA’s Stage 1 representatives in the Semi-Finals. Rad EU started off strong with a 2-0 win on Krakoa. CTG bounced back with a 1-0 win on Arakko, before Rad EU took the lead once more with a 3-2 win on Hall of Djalia. In the end, Rad EU sealed CTG’s fate after winning 2-0 on Hell’s Heaven.

The result stands in stark contrast to EMEA Stage 1, which saw at the time Brr Brr Patapim defeat Rad EU 4-2 in the Grand Finals.
