Buddha-Bar Hotel slated to open in Dubai in 2027

Kleindienst Group has announced two new luxury openings in partnership with George V Eatertainment, bringing Buddha-Bar to Dubai’s The World Islands’ Heart of Europe.

Buddha-Bar will open the Hotel & Floating Villas and the Beach Honeymoon Island within 24 months. Furthermore, the Buddha-Bar Hotel will feature 62 overwater keys, offering signature architecture, Mediterranean design, music, and floating villas.

Guests can expect a blend of serenity and sensory delight, complemented by a luxury spa and immersive beachfront hospitality experiences. Meanwhile, Buddha-Bar Beach Honeymoon Island will offer all-day barefoot luxury infused with bohemian elegance and rhythmic beach energy.

Inspired by iconic destinations like Goa and Ibiza, the island will host sunrise yoga, sunset DJ sets and vibrant beach parties. Moreover. this announcement marks a major milestone for The Heart of Europe, positioning Dubai as a hub for lifestyle-driven tourism experiences.

The launch highlights Kleindienst Group’s vision to create immersive destinations where every detail contributes to meaningful, memorable luxury travel. According to Josef Kleindienst, the collaboration redefines destination experiences through visionary design, sustainability and multisensory storytelling. Furthermore, Buddha-Bar International’s Nabil Souhail emphasized that “from boat to beach to bed,” every guest moment is thoughtfully crafted.

Parisa Seif, managing partner at Kleindienst, commented that this isn’t just accommodation, it’s a cultural movement grounded in authenticity and innovation.

With over 4,000 keys across 20 resorts, The Heart of Europe continues reshaping Dubai’s hospitality scene with bold, experiential openings like these. Ultimately, both Buddha-Bar concepts promise to raise the bar for island luxury, drawing global travelers into a unique, destination-led narrative.
