Galaxy S25 Edge survives bend test

The YouTube video we’ve all been waiting for is here

The YouTube channel JerryRigEverything has finally gotten its hands on Samsung’s ultra-thin S25 Edge, and surprisingly, it survived the bend test.

You can watch the video below where Zack from the channel submits the thinner-than-average phone to various tests to discover how scratch and fire-resistant the phone is. Near the end of the video, he finally attempts to bend the phone.

You can see the back panel swell up a little bit when he pushes as hard as he can, but the phone returns to a normal usable condition after he releases it. When this extreme bend pops the back glass up a bit, it breaks the waterproofing seal, even though the phone does look normal.

If you want to learn more about the phone, we’ve been hands-on with a unit we were given early, but our review is still coming soon due to complications. We do have lots of camera samples, but battery testing is still ongoing.

The last fragile device to go through the JerryRigEverything bend test was the M4 iPad Pro from last year, which did ok, but he was able to snap it.
