GR8 Tech launches advanced sportsbook course

GR8 Tech has partnered with Gaming Operations Academy to introduce the Advanced Sportsbook Management course, tailored for seasoned professionals aiming to elevate their sportsbook strategies.

Built for senior-level decision-makers, including sportsbook managers, marketers, founders, and C-suite executives, the course goes beyond fundamentals. It offers in-depth strategies on standing out in a competitive market, maximizing player retention, managing margins, improving user experience, fine-tuning acquisition, and developing gamified experiences for next-generation bettors.

The course will be led by Kyle Lawson, an experienced sportsbook manager and analyst with over a decade of leadership in pricing, risk management, and sportsbook operations across both fiat and crypto sectors. He’ll be joined by GR8 Tech’s own Vlad Andrusenko (Head of Sportsbook Product) and Kateryna Shevchenko (CRM Product Manager), who will provide expert insights and live demonstrations.

Vlad Andrusenko, Head of Sportsbook Product at GR8 Tech, mentioned:

Many experienced operators reach a point where their current tools limit their growth—they’ve tried a lot but still hit a glass ceiling. GR8 Tech’s sportsbook-driven solutions are built to break through that. From personalized odds and content to advanced player segmentation and journey building, we offer a toolkit designed for sustainable, scalable success. I’m looking forward to diving into these capabilities during the course and showing operators how they can unlock new levels of performance.

The program kicks off with a free webinar-style workshop, Advanced Sportsbook Management: Winning the Market, on May 6. This session will explore pressing industry issues such as saturation, retention, and efficiency, while offering a preview of the full training curriculum.

Registration for the webinar is now open – a must-attend for anyone looking to future-proof their sportsbook strategy for 2025 and beyond.
