Twenty Eight (28) brand new eco-friendly CNG-powered trucks were presented to highest-performing distributors at the 2025 edition of Dangote Cement’s Customers Awards & Gala Nite held on Tuesday May 27th 2025 in Lagos.
On Thursday, two days after event, Dangote Cement shared a video on its social media handles, showing the arrival of dozens of CNG-powered trucks aboard a car carrier, noting the 28 of these trucks have been presented to top dealers at the event held Eko Hotel & Suites.

“The new wave!!! ???? Here is a glimpse of our new fleet of eco-friendly CNG trucks ???? coming off the ship in Lagos,” the company proudly announced its investment in a greener sustainable future.

Speaking at the event themed “Let’s Acceler8” on Tuesday, Chairman of Dangote Cement/President of Dangote Industries Limited, Aliko Dangote, commended the distributors for “driving our business forward, even amidst economic challenges.”
