Prior to his current role, Mr. Bryant served as both the director of programs and managing director at CROP Organization from 2020 to 2025. During this period, he played a pivotal role in developing and implementing programs that address the unique challenges formerly incarcerated individuals face. His efforts were recognized when he received senatorial recognition for creating alcohol and other drug certification programs, underscoring his commitment to fostering personal growth and professional development.

Mr. Bryant’s journey with CROP began in 2010 when he took on the role of project program coordinator. Over a decade, he honed his skills in design and personal leadership conversations, coaching others to achieve their potential. His expertise in these areas has been widely acknowledged, contributing significantly to the success of the organization’s initiatives.

Mr. Bryant holds a Master of Science in clinical psychology from California Coast University, obtained in 2020. He also earned a Master of Arts in philosophy from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2017 and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Adams State University in 2011. These academic achievements have provided him with a strong foundation for understanding human behavior and organizational dynamics, which have been crucial in his roles at CROP.

Mr. Bryant’s professional credentials are further bolstered by several LinkedIn certifications, including nonprofit management foundations, which he earned in 2025, operations management foundations, lean six sigma foundations, six sigma foundations, and project management simplified, which he completed in 2024, and communications foundations and teamwork foundations, which he completed in 2020. He is also a certified alcohol and other drug counselor through CCAPP. These certifications reflect his dedication to continuous learning and excellence in nonprofit management.

The support of his community has been a cornerstone of Mr. Bryant’s success. From his time inside prison, he benefited from the encouragement of individuals who shared his vision for positive change. This support extended beyond prison walls to include business professionals and government leaders like Gavin Newsom, who recognized the value of investing in rehabilitation programs. Mr. Bryant emphasizes that collective encouragement and resources are vital for success.

In his personal life, Mr. Bryant enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities such as playing tennis, camping, fishing and kayaking. Inspired by an African proverb and John Donne’s poetry, he aims to expand the holistic reentry program developed by CROP to address the needs of formerly incarcerated individuals comprehensively.
