We’re looking for heart-smart entrees, sides and snacks that pare down calories, fat, carbs and/or salt but still have folks asking for more. Enter colorful layered salads, fresh-produce sides, striking less-sugar desserts and any eye-catching specialty that’s lively and light.

  • Your creation can be an appetizer, main dish, side dish or dessert.
