Afrobeats superstar Davido has stirred conversations online with his bold claim about Lagos nightlife.

During a recent appearance on the Culture Knock Out (CKO) show, the singer shared his thoughts on the city’s vibrant entertainment scene.

When asked by the host about top places to hang out in Nigeria, Davido didn’t hesitate to highlight Lagos as the ultimate hotspot. He extended a warm invitation to his home in the city and spoke highly of the wide range of activities, great food, and thrilling nightlife it offers.

The Feel crooner went on to declare that Lagos boasts the best nightlife experience in the world, a remark that immediately ignited mixed reactions from fans and social media users.

“There are so many exciting things to do in Lagos. We have amazing nightlife. I feel like we have the best nightlife in the world,” Davido stated.

His comment has since sparked lively debates online, with some fans backing his claim and others naming alternative nightlife hubs like Ibiza, Miami, and Johannesburg. Regardless, Davido’s praise for Lagos underscores the city’s growing reputation as a global entertainment destination.
