Pope Leo XIV has two older brothers, one of whom shared numerous pro-Trump posts online — including a video that referred to Nancy Pelosi as a “drunk” combined with a really awful word.

Louis Prevost, 73, the pontiff’s eldest brother, is a MAGA supporter who dislikes Democrats, including the former speaker of the house, the Daily Beast reported.
One of his reposts is a video of Pelosi from 1996 with the caption, “These f***ing liberals crying about tariffs is just unreal. Do they not know that there is a thing called video? Just listen to what this drunk c*** has to say in the mid-‘90s long before her husband had Grindr dates.”
In another post, Louis called for Democrats who met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to be arrested for treason.
He also wrote that Europe should “go their own way into complete socialism and ultimately communism,” suggesting that U.S. return to a policy of isolationism, according to the outlet.

Louis also raved about Vice President JD Vance’s debate against Gov. Tim Walz, the Democrat’s unsuccessful candidate for vice president, calling him “phenomenal,” “very knowledgeable and well spoken,” adding that he will “make a great VP and then, a great President.”
Louis, middle brother John and Robert, now Leo XIV, grew up with their parents in the Chicago suburb of Dolton, Ill.
Louis, who lives in Port Charlotte, Fla., told the New York Times that he was a conservative who disagrees with his papal bro on some topics.

“Jeez, it was like just yesterday, I was throwing him down the stairs. And now he’s Pope!” he told the publication.
“I think he’s going to be similar to [Pope] Francis, but maybe not quite as liberal-minded, you know, flexing the church rules quite so much,” Provost said.

“I think he’d be a little more conservative.”

The Pope’s big brother admitted he felt “shock and awe” when he learned his brother was the new Pontiff.
Louis said he and John used to tease their brother about becoming pope one day when he was a child, saying “he always had that holy way about him,” he told WFTX.
“We heard them read the name so we knew it was coming. And then to see him, it all hit home and became real. And it was like, ‘Ahh, that’s Rob! Oh my God. Yay Rob!’”

He added to CBS News that he “went nuts” during the announcement.
“I lost it. Mind blown. My little brother was just made pope, oh, my God. What do I do? How do I act?” Louis recalled.
“Do I have to change the way I live? I better behave now.”
