Prior to this role, she was a charge nurse at Methodist Health System from 2011 to 2017 and a registered nurse at Baylor Medical Center at Uptown from 2009 to 2011. Her career began as an oncology nurse at Baylor University Medical Center in 2008.

Throughout her career, Ms. Baggett has been recognized for her dedication and achievements. She was selected for the Worldwide Women’s Association and is an active member of several industry-related organizations, including the American Nurses Association, the Texas Nurses Association, the National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants, the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants’ Greater Orlando Chapter, the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals’ Texas Chapter, the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners, the Case Management Society of America, the National Nurses in Business Association, and the Worldwide Women’s Association.

Ms. Baggett’s educational background has been instrumental in her success. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Baylor University in 2008 after completing a Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry from the same institution in 2005. Her academic journey began with pre-medicine coursework at Texas Woman’s University in 2000. She holds certifications as a certified life care planner from FIG Education and a certified legal nurse consultant from the Vickie Millazo Institute. Additionally, Ms. Baggett is licensed to practice as a registered nurse in 48 states. Her commitment to lifelong learning drives her continuous pursuit of knowledge and expertise.
