Super Eagles head coach, Eric Chelle, has omitted Victor Osimhen and Ademola Lookman to name twenty-six other players, ahead of the Unity Cup tourney at the Gtech Community Stadium, Soccernet.ng reports.

Ahead of the post-season competition, Nigeria’s head coach made several shuffles, dropping some regulars while giving some new faces a chance to feature.

Cyriel Dessers returns to the Super Eagles squad for the first time since March 2024, where he scored from the spot kick to break the deadlock against Ghana.

Werder Bremen’s Felix Agu also gets his maiden call-up alongside Ikorodu FC’s Waliu Ojetoye, and Remo Stars’ duo – Junior Nduka and Sikiru Alimi.
