“No psychologist, no breakup” – Osimhen shuts down split rumours with Stefanie Ladewig in new video

Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen, has seemingly put to rest rumours of a breakup with his longtime partner Stefanie Ladewig, Soccernet.ng reports.

The Napoli-owned striker and his partner were spotted together at Galatasaray’s title celebration dinner, which confirms no issue with Osimhen and the German lady.

The Nigerian striker, who has been firing on all cylinders for Galatasaray this season, was seen with Ladewig following the club’s 3–0 victory that sealed the 2024–25 Turkish Super Lig title.

The sighting comes shortly after Turkish football analyst Adnan Aybaba made a sensational comment linking Osimhen’s form to a supposed past breakup and psychological recovery.

“During his Napoli career, Osimhen broke up with his girlfriend, got worn out, then went to a psychologist and fixed himself. That’s why he’s so fit and his football is so good,” Aybaba said following Osimhen’s dominant performance in a 5–1 win over Eyuspor.

However, the emergence of the video from Galatasaray’s victory dinner has cooled speculation, showing Osimhen and his German partner sharing a light-hearted moment.

While no wedding bells are in sight, the couple—who have a daughter together named Haly—appear to still be going strong.

Osimhen let his football do the talking once again during Galatasaray’s recent clash against Kayserispor. He opened the scoring in the 26th minute, nodding in Gabriel Sara’s corner to put Okan Buruk’s side in front.

The goal was Osimhen’s 36th in 40 appearances this season for the Yellow-Reds, and has played a significant role in the club’s march to the league title.
