Premier League confirms nominees for April 2025 player of the month award

Seven outstanding players were nominated for the best premier league player of the month for April 2025.

The list was dominated by players from Wolves and Newcastle United following their impressive performance in April 2025. Both clubs won the highest number of games than any other club that participated in the Premier League.

Rayan Ait-Nouri and Jorgen Strand Larsen will be looking to make history as the first Wolves player to win the award. Both players help Wolves go on an amazing run winning six consecutive league games.

Newcastle United’s Harvey Barnes and Jacob Murphy were also nominated for the player of the April 2025 monthly award. Other players includes, Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers, Liverpool’s Alexis Mac Allister while Ryan Sessegnon completes the list.

The winner of the award will e announced on Friday, May 9 2025 after the fans and a panel of experts have completed the voting.
