The firm has secured the Best Western Hotel making 80 rooms available from Monday to Thursday every week.
Lynch said it is a challenge finding accommodation in the area and will offer operators and partners a fixed-rate option available year-round.
The hotel offers amenities including an onsite gym, swimming pool, and relaxation plus microwaves and laundry facilities providing guests with the comforts of home while staying close to major projects across Suffolk.
