Due for completion in early 2026, the £46.5m T45 scheme will have 23 commercial units ranging from 4,450 sq ft to 34,000 sq ft.
Caddick has now started construction work on the 223,000 sq. ft development, spanning a 11.1 acre site off junction 45 of the M1 motorway.
T45 is the fourth Chancerygate scheme to be built by Caddick, after Gateway 44 in Carlisle, Mersey Reach in Aintree, and nine units at the Novus development in Knutsford.
As demand for industrial and logistics space continues to rise, Caddick has expanded its pipeline of developments across Yorkshire and is also currently building a £42m manufacturing facility for Schneider Electric in North Yorkshire.
Caddick is also nearing completion of a £28m manufacturing facility in Howden on behalf of Yara International, which is set to become the UK’s largest specialty fertiliser plant.
