FOXBOROUGH, MA — Bring Back the Trades has announced Demi Knight Clark as a featured speaker at the Bring Back the Trades Skills Expo at Gillette Stadium on October 25, 2025. This event is made possible through a dynamic partnership with F.W. Webb, a leading, full-service wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, HVAC/R, LP Gas, and PVF products and supplies across the Northeast. Demi’s experience and leadership make her an exciting addition to this transformative event. 

Demi Knight Clark is known for her fearless approach to life and work. With a background that spans from swinging a hammer to leading thousands in publicly traded companies, Clark has dedicated her career to breaking barriers and empowering individuals in the trades. 

As the founder of Spark Building Group, a Women Business Enterprise (WBE) in construction focused on welding, metal fabrication, and workforce development, Clark is a trailblazer working to move the needle on equity and inclusion in the skilled trades. She is also the founder of She Built This City, an organization that empowers women and girls in the trades through hands-on education and workforce training.

Her remarkable career includes:

  • Being one of the top seven women leaders in the world’s largest homebuilding company
  • Serving as a TEDx and TEDWomen speaker, delivering “What Would Happen if We Gave More Girls Blowtorches?”
  • Competing in 12 marathons, completing the World Major Marathons, and finishing the Ironman 
  • Holding a Guinness World Record

Clark is also deeply committed to showcasing welding as a STEM career and advocating for Gen Z’s role in future technological advancements, including NASA and SpaceX missions.
