Enteractive Agrees to Reinforce BetMGM’s CRM Efforts

Enteractive, a specialist in player reactivation and conversion services, has announced a new deal with iGaming and sports betting powerhouse BetMGM. Per the deal, the latter company will help the gaming operator tap inactive players and channel more customers toward its platform.

Enteractive Will Reengage Inactive and Non-Funded Accounts

According to the announcement, Enteractive will enhance BetMGM’s existing customer relations management (CRM) strategies with targeted reactivation campaigns. The campaigns in question will seek to convert existing non-funded registrants and re-engage inactive accounts.

Enteractive’s reactivation efforts for BetMGM will have a firm focus on the US market where BetMGM already boasts a significant presence. The provider described its new partner as an online gaming innovator that is focused on sustainable growth and player engagement.

Enteractive, on the other hand, has proven experience in conversion and reactivation. Over its 17 years in business, the company has engaged millions of players for its clients, helping them achieve sustainable growth.

Over the past years, Enteractive has bolstered its capacities, reaching to some 50,000 customers a day. Thanks to its Reactivation Cloud, best-in-class customer engagement tools, and unique, person to person approach, the company has had spectacular success in reactivating players, resulting in substantial revenues for its clients in Europe, America, and beyond.

BetMGM’s Business Will Benefit from the Deal

Enteractive’s chief executive officer, Mikael Hansson, expressed excitement about the opportunity to team up with one of the most prominent online gaming operators.

BetMGM’s decision to partner with Enteractive underscores our commitment to enhancing player engagement and retention in the U.S. market. We’re excited to contribute to their success by driving conversions and reactivations, ensuring a stronger and more loyal player base.

Mikael Hansson, CEO, Enteractive

Hansson added that the company’s personalized and sustainable engagement strategies are certain to nurture long-term growth for its new partner. He concluded that his team is looking forward to backing BetMGM and helping it on its growth journey.

Claus Hansen, BetMGM’s senior director of CRM, was likewise pleased with the deal, lauding Enteractive as an expert in one-on-one player engagement solutions. He said that this expertise will be a game-changer to the BetMGM brand.

Their [Enteractive’s] unique approach allows us to re-engage specific audience segments that may not respond to traditional CRM methods, ultimately driving higher retention and increasing player lifetime value.

Claus Hansen, senior director of CRM, BetMGM

Speaking of BetMGM, the company just published its FY 2024 financials, reporting significant revenue growth and sharing optimistic forecasts about 2025.
