From 2018 to 2019, Mr. Frye served as the regional vice president at Scientific Games in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, an information technology service and consulting firm. Before that, he spent over a decade as associate director at Novartis AG, a pharmaceutical manufacturing company, beginning in 2004. Mr. Frye also worked for the U.S. Department of Human Services in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This experience laid the groundwork for his future health care policy and advocacy endeavors.

Mr. Frye holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Abilene Christian University since 1991. His education gave him a strong foundation, which has been instrumental in his success in navigating the intricacies of health care policy.

Throughout his career, Mr. Frye has been an active member of Freemasonry, which has enriched his journey by fostering connections with like-minded individuals committed to community service. He is also a former board member of the Youth Advocate Program.
