Man United Ready to Meet Osimhen’s Buyout Clause

United’s interest in Osimhen is no secret, as the Premier League club have been linked with the prolific striker for multiple transfer windows.

However, with the club eager to bolster their attacking options ahead of next season, they are now willing to activate his release clause, which is reportedly set at €70 million.

Sources close to the negotiations reveal that Napoli are only willing to accept €70 million in cash with no player swaps included in the deal.

This could pose a challenge for United, who had initially considered offering a player-plus-cash deal to bring the Super Eagles star to Old Trafford.

Napoli Stand Firm on Osimhen’s Valuation

Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis has remained firm on his stance regarding Osimhen’s future, insisting that any club interested in the 26-year-old must meet his full valuation.

Meanwhile, Manchester United is now showing readiness to do so, and the transfer saga could accelerate in the coming months.

Although they tend to face competition for the signature of the Nigeria international from clubs like Arsenal, Paris Saint Germain who have been linked to the player over the last few windows.
