Liverpool are interested in signing Mason Greenwood from Marseille in the summer transfer window, according to Fichajes. The report has claimed that Barcelona, Bayern Munich and Juventus are also showing interest in a potential deal for the former Manchester United forward.
Marseille are aware of interest in Greenwood and have set a price tag of €75 million. The 23-year-old joined Marseille from Man Utd last summer and has done well for the French club so far this season. The English forward has scored 15 goals and given three assists in 25 matches in all competitions.
Given that Greenwood is a former Man Utd player, it would be a shock if Liverpool signed him this summer, especially as he left English football under acrimonious circumstances. Barcelona, Bayern and Juventus are likelier destinations for Greenwood than Liverpool.
