Everything Is Recorded returns with new track ‘Swamp Dream #3’.

The project is the vessel of Richard Russell, a hugely influential figure within British music and creative culture. 2024 brought ‘Losing You’ – with Sampha, Yazz Ahmed, Laura Groves, and Jah Wobble – while ‘Porcupine Tattoo’ saw Everything is Recorded align with Bill Callahan and Noah Cyrus.

New album ‘Temporary’ is out on February 28th, and the third track to be unleashed from the LP is now online.

‘Swamp Dream #’ unites Richard Russell with a frequent collaborator – Mary and The Junkyard’s Clari Freeman-Taylor is on guest vocals.

The two have worked together previously, including sessions for Mary and the Junkyard’s ace debut album ‘this old house’.

An illustration of the creative breadth at play within Everything Is Recorded as a sonic nexus, the track comes equipped with an Ed Morris-directed video.
