Securitize and Apollo Team Up to Tokenize Private Credit

The two firms have partnered to launch the Apollo Diversified Credit Securitize Fund ($ACRED).

This tokenized private credit will be available to institutional and accredited investors.

Tokenizing Credit for Easier Access and Liquidity

This move brings fresh opportunities to the financial world, offering a more efficient and accessible way to invest in alternative credit strategies.

$ACRED provides investors with exposure to the Apollo Diversified Credit Fund, which focuses on corporate direct lending, asset-backed lending, and structured credit. Traditionally, private credit markets have been complex and exclusive, but tokenization simplifies the process and lowers barriers to entry. By leveraging blockchain technology, investors can now access a diversified credit strategy with ease.

One of the standout features of $ACRED is its multi-chain availability. The fund operates on Aptos, Avalanche, Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, and Ink, allowing for seamless transactions across different networks. Thanks to interoperability powered by Wormhole, liquidity is enhanced, and investors can move assets efficiently between chains.

Making Private Credit Investing Simple and Flexible

Investing in private credit can often feel like jumping through hoops, but $ACRED simplifies the process. With native redemptions at daily net asset value (NAV), transactions become smoother and more transparent. This structure allows investors to enter and exit positions with greater flexibility, making private credit investing as easy as pie.

To further expand the tokenized RWA ecosystem, Securitize is integrating with @inkonchain and @solana.

These partnerships mark an important milestone in our mission to make tokenized real-world assets accessible to more investors.
