How is busaa prepared?
Ann Ongoro posted a video of herself visiting her mother in Kisii county. The video showed them preparing a local brew, busaa.
The two carried fermented flour to a banana plantation, poured it into rectangular cooking ware, lit the fire, and roasted it.
The roasted flour was then taken indoors to ferment seemingly.
The video showed the ready busaa before being served to awaiting clients.
Ongoro thanked her parents for all they did for her.
“By God’s grace, we are where we are thanks to our parents,” she wrote.

Did busaa make Yesu Wa Tongaren sick?
In other news, Yesu Wa Tongaren, a man claiming to be Jesus responded to claims he was ill and was admitted to hospital.
Real name Eliud Wekesa, the preacher denied claims he had overindulged in busaa. He said the claims were meant to taint his name.
He hit back with a warning from the scripture while sharing about the celebrations he will hold after ‘instructions from God’.
