Sevilla FC D is set to compete in the ninth tier of Spanish football, Tercera Andaluza, and will feature under-19 players from around the world.

According to a statement from Sevilla FC, the initiative is for a sporting and strategic international development purpose that would help the club expand its reach.

“Starting this season, Sevilla FC will have a new team within its competitive structure. It will be a squad with a strong international dimension and will compete in the Tercera Andaluza, in the ninth tier of Spanish football. It will consist of foreign players aged 18 in line with FIFA regulations. The project is not only sports-related but also a strategic international development initiative, allowing foreign players to help the club grow in various key markets,” Sevilla FC announced.

This confirmation makes a big call for Ola Great, who previously played for Superstar FC in the Lagos Liga and Futa Tigers in the Nigerian University League Games.
