2. Lost and Founder by Rand Fishkin

4. Dare to Lead by Brené Brown

One of the most powerful takeaways was the idea that vulnerability isn’t a weakness; it’s a strength that can foster innovation, collaboration and growth. Brown’s insights on creating a psychologically safe workplace are especially relevant today as more companies recognize the importance of employee well-being.
