Kwiff launches free prize wheel to enhance player engagement

Entertainment

Kwiff, the super-charged sports betting service, has launched its latest player enhancement — a free prize wheel that amplifies entertainment and engagement for players.

This initiative reflects kwiff’s passion for providing best-in-class player experiences, seamlessly bringing together onsite enjoyment with cutting-edge sportsbook product development.

First launched as part of the successful “12 Days of kwiffmas” campaign, the prize wheel presents

players with a range of tailored gifts. These range from free bets to reload bonuses, designed to heighten anticipation and boost the value of the kwiff platform. A driving factor within the initiative’s success is down to kwiff’s two-year collaboration with Xtremepush.

Utilising Xtremepush’s omnichannel platform and kwiff’s custom-built proprietary reward tool, the prize wheel was easily incorporated into the existing ecosystem. This integration removes operational complexities while maximising player engagement.

Smart technology powers the prize wheel mechanic that delivers frictionless experiences for both players and the kwiff team. Its user-friendly design and real-time analysis of rewards highlight kwiff’s dedication to continually challenge creative norms.

Joanna Beaton, the Director of Retention at Kwiff, mentioned:

I’m thrilled to take this next step for our players and to strengthen our partnership with Xtremepush. The free prize wheel adds an exciting new dimension to our offerings, while raising the bar for what players can expect when they engage with kwiff. Player feedback has been exceptional, which is what we’re really trying to achieve with anything we do at kwiff as a player first company.
