Entertainment Flutter remains a leading choice for online gambling

Analysts at Deutsche Bank have rated Flutter Entertainment as the best among online gambling companies, boosting their price target by 25%.

Deutsche Bank analysts have ranked Flutter Entertainment PLC as the top online gambling company, increasing their price target by 25%. They highlighted that 2024 has been a remarkable year for Flutter, as it has outperformed all other companies in the sector.

The company has not only maintained its leadership in the US market but has also strengthened its position, with its US business continuing to hold the #1 market share. This success is attributed to the high quality and scale of its operations, which have allowed Flutter to dominate the competitive US market.

It has accounted for regulatory pressures, such as Dutch restrictions and Illinois taxes, in its projections, while steadily improving profitability.

Analysts of Deutsche Bank have mentioned:

Investors may be asking themselves whether the best is over, and if it is time to cash in some chips. But Flutter seems well positioned, starting to exploit the strength of its well-invested technology platform, its pricing and risk management capabilities (enabling it to offer better value to customers), while consistently delivering higher gross win margins than its peer group.
