Ahmedabad introduces INR 25 Crore luxury river Cruise to boost tourism

Ahmedabad is set to launch India’s first luxury banquet cruise, offering an unparalleled experience on the Sabarmati River. This ambitious project, built with an investment of ₹25 crores, is designed to elevate the city’s tourism and hospitality scene.

The luxury river cruise will operate between the iconic Atal Bridge and Dadichi Bridge, combining cutting-edge technology with opulent features to provide a memorable experience for both residents and tourists.

The cruise will span an impressive 49 meters in length, equipped with advanced facilities to ensure a smooth, comfortable journey. Powered by two propulsion engines and three generators, the vessel will be designed to operate efficiently on the river. The cruise will offer two distinct areas for guests: the lower deck, which will be fully air-conditioned for comfort, and the upper deck, which will feature an open-to-sky setting perfect for hosting events under the stars.
