NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070: New leaked official benchmark data promises 1440p and raytracing gaming at over 100 FPS – NotebookCheck.net News

As the images below show, NVIDIA will market the GeForce RTX 4070 as offering the same performance as the GeForce RTX 3080 while consuming 38% less power. DLSS 3.0 with frame generation is said to push the GeForce RTX 4070 beyond the GeForce RTX 3080 in games too, which calculates every second frame using AI rather than rendering every frame. Unsurprisingly, the GeForce RTX 4070 takes an even larger lead over the GeForce RTX 3070 and GeForce RTX 3070 Ti.

Allegedly, frame generation will also allow the GeForce RTX 4070 to exceed 100 FPS in numerous triple-A titles at 1440p with maximum graphics settings and raytracing enabled. The GeForce RTX 4070 should be approximately 20% more powerful than the GeForce RTX 3070 Ti with frame generation switched off too. NVIDIA has priced the GeForce RTX 4070 Founders Edition at US$599, although its AIBs may set higher prices.
