Disney Dreamlight Valley features a plethora of fish that you are able to catch. What you decide to do with many of the fish you will catch is up to you, but some of them are much more difficult to find than others. One prime example of a fish that many players struggle with in Disney Dreamlight Valley is the Cod. The Cod is an important item that players need if they want to befriend Woody the Cowboy, so players are desperate to know where to find this type of fish.
Luckily for all future friends of Woody, Cod are extremely easy to find once you know where to look. After you locate the right spot, you will be pulling in more Cod than you know what to do with. Below, you can see exactly where to look for the fish and how to successfully reel them in.
Finding and catching Cod in Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are three major locations that Cod can spawn in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Those locations are:
- Dazzle Beach (first possible encounter)
- Forgotten Lands
- Glade of Trust
At any one of these three locations, you need to find a white circle in the body of water you are facing. Once you find a white circle, all you need to do is cast out your line and wait for a Cod to bite. Compared to other possible fish you can catch in these areas, Cod are a common fish to reel in, so you shouldn’t have to wait long.
Of course, at this point, it’s all up to chance, as there is nothing else you can do to ensure that you reel in a Cod. All you have to do is stay patient and possibly give it a few tries before you’re able to catch a Cod in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
