The official YouTube channel for anisong singer Machico has started streaming a full music video for her latest ninth single “STAY FREE,” which will be featured as the opening theme for the forthcoming TV anime KONOSUBA: An Explosion on This Wonderful World!.
Machico has performed all theme songs for the KONOSUBA franchise since its first TV anime in 2016. The CD single of “STAY FREE” is set to be released in Japan on April 26, 2023. In the music video for the dramatic tune, Machico sings passionately in a white outfit with a clear voice, while children appear as extras and she acts as Matilda-sensei.
