Ahead of OPPO’s launch event scheduled for later in the month, new OPPO Find X6 Pro leaks have now surfaced, revealing live images of the flagship phone and OPPO’s apparent plans to keep it exclusive to the Chinese market.

OPPO will debut its next generation of premium smartphones later this month. The Find X6 series will host the Find X6 and Find X6 Pro at least, and new leaks have now revealed more information about the more premium Find X6 Pro ahead of its launch.

Starting with launch plans, according to Ice Universe, the OPPO Find X6 Pro will not be sold globally. While there’s a chance it still gets a limited release in Asia, it currently seems more probable that the flagship will not be sold outside China at all. A European release looks completely off the cards if the rumor mill is anything to go by. Surprising, as OPPO launched the Find X5 Pro globally last year, and also just brought the Find N2 Flip over to Europe last month. It’s important to note that while the Find X6 Pro isn’t expected to launch globally, launch info for the vanilla Find X6 has yet to be revealed.

Images of the OPPO Find X6 Pro have steadily surfaced over the past few months, but new images have now leaked over the past few days that provide the closest look yet at the flagship phone. Three cameras are evident: a main camera, an ultra-wide shooter, and a periscope zoom lens. The main camera is expected to be the 50 MP 1-inch IMX989, with the other two lenses housing 50 MP 1/1.5-inch sensors beneath them. There is, of course, Hasselblad branding, as well as a “Powered by MariSilicon” inscription, with the latter referring to OPPO’s in-house imaging chip.
