Accor announces the signing of the cooperation agreement with Fujin Silk Properties LLC, company based in Georgia, to open a new ibis hotel at Tbilisi International Airport in 2024.

The hotel will offer 72 rooms designed in accordance with the global modern design concept of ibis brand – Plaza. In each room, guests will finda workplace and an innovative Sweet Bed.

In the open-air lobby, a central bar dominates the space, inviting guests to gather around the social hub. The hotel will also host an ibis Kitchen restaurant. Furthermore, Clément Blanchet, an award-winning French architect, along with leading local team of architects from Art Studio are in charge of the design.

In addition to the new ibis, the building will also feature a new business center, meeting rooms, and a wine shop, showcasing selected collections from well-renowned producers, as a tribute to Georgian wine traditions and heritage.

The property will be located in a brand-new development, 15 kilometers away from the capital, and just a few minutes’ walk from Tbilisi International Airport. The railway and bus stations are within walking distance.

The hotel’s convenient location will allow guests to reach the center of Tbilisi, famous for its distinctive architecture, embodying an eclectic mix of medieval, neoclassical, art nouveau and modernist buildings.

We are delighted to announce the signing of the new hotel under the world-famous ibis brand in one of the most important hubs of Georgia – Tbilisi International Airport, which welcomes more than 3 million people annually. We are confident that the new opening will be a real find for tourists and guests of the city, as well as for business travelers and transit passengers. The hotel’s cozy rooms and convenient mobile check-in, along with affordable prices, will brighten up their wait during a stopover or before a long journey.
